Job Description

Role : Sourcing & Merchandising Executive

Role Definition:

  • Identify suitable vendors for raw materials and finished goods, ensuring alignment with quality standards and cost objectives.
  • Negotiate costs with vendors to achieve target costs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Coordinate pre-production (PP) and shoot sample development with vendors, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
  • Place final production orders with vendors and track progress regularly to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Foster and maintain trust relationships with suppliers to promote fair dealing and long-term partnerships.
  • Plan production schedules in line with brand targets and vendor capacity, optimizing efficiency and minimizing lead times.
  • Prepare and monitor Time and Action (TNA) calendars for production, ensuring all activities are completed on schedule.
  • Plan and conduct pre-production (PP) meetings to align internal teams and vendors on production requirements and timelines.
  • Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and coordinate with the finance team for necessary information and approvals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities with internal teams including sampling, production, quality assurance, logistics, and warehouse to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of orders.
  • Ensure delivery of goods as per target lead times, proactively addressing any issues or delays to minimize disruptions.

Role : E Commerce Growth Role

 

Role Definition:

As an E Comm & Growth Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of propelling our online business forward, focusing on both revenue generation and fostering sustainable growth. Your role involves overseeing all sales touchpoints, including our website and online marketplaces. You’ll be responsible for managing online sales, stock inventories, and enhancing the overall customer experience to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

 

Responsibilities:

Revenue and Growth:

  • Develop and implement a data-driven online sales strategy that drives revenue growth across all channels in line with the brand’s overall sales goals.
  • Manage all aspects of the online sales process, from product listing optimization to order fulfillment.
  • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Monitor revenue performance closely and adjust strategies as needed to achieve growth targets.
  • Track and analyze revenue generated through both the website and various marketplaces.
  • Develop and implement pricing models considering customer segmentation, product life cycles, and value propositions.
  • Manage price changes and promotions, ensuring they are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze the impact of pricing strategies on sales, revenue, and market share.
  • Conduct price elasticity analysis to determine how price changes affect customer demand.

Customer Funnel Management:

  • Analyze customer journey data across all online touchpoints (website, social media, email, etc.) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the online customer funnel, focusing on increasing conversion rates at each stage.
  • A/B test different paid and organic marketing campaigns, website elements, and landing pages to identify the most effective strategies for conversion.
  • Streamline the entire e-commerce funnel from lead generation to post-purchase follow-up.
  • Work with cross-functional teams such as design, marketing, support, and others to ensure a consistent and user-friendly customer experience across all online channels.
  • Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to identify improvement areas. Implement tailored strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty and brand NPS.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the customer funnel.
  • Develop and execute monthly marketing plans to drive digital sales across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with external web developers, marketing agencies, and designers to implement technical changes that improve website usability and conversion rates.
  • Overlook ad campaign execution effectively on the ad platform.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze relevant metrics to evaluate campaign performance. Regularly assess the impact of marketing channels and activities on revenue.

D2C Channel Management:

  • Create and manage daily updates to the website catalog and discounts.
  • Upload and maintain backend website content, including banners and page structures.
  • Test and implement new website-compatible tools and plugins.
  • Manage both routine and event-based discounting strategies.
  • Regularly take up SEO improvements for the website.
  • Stay up-to-date and implement the latest digital marketing trends and best practices in conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Collaborate closely with the development team/agency to enhance the user experience.
  • Implement retention strategies and up-selling & cross-selling offers to retain and expand the customer base.

Marketplace Channel Management:

  • Create and maintain daily catalogs and discounts on all marketplaces.
  • Oversee storefront management, product catalog health, product ranking and reviews on all platforms to drive growth.
  • Create and manage performance marketing and brand marketing campaigns on marketing platforms linked to marketplaces to improve visibility and drive sales for the brand.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of marketing channels and activities to optimize revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Assisting offline marketing events as required.
  • Coordinate and monitor performance marketing activity across diverse channels.
  • Manage budget allocation for social media channels to maximize revenue.
  • Monitor traffic and conversion data for our channels.
  • Analyze customer feedback to refine user experience and boost traffic on digital platforms
  • Identify and explore new channels to meet or surpass established metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team to refine audience strategies.
  • Prepare comprehensive data-led reports.
  • Align closely with business goals and ensure revenue targets are consistently met.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in management, preferably with Fashion and Data focus.
  • Experience required: 2 to 4 years.
  • Proficiency in report generation and advanced Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word + Shopify knowledge.
  • Proven experience in the e-commerce industry, with a strong track record of driving online sales.
  • Expertise in managing product listings, inventory, pricing strategies, and other e-commerce operations.
  • In-depth understanding of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is advantageous.
  • Prior experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
