To register, click “Sign Up” on the homepage and select “Candidate”.
Fill in your name, email, and password, then complete your basic profile.
Once verified via email, you can access your dashboard to upload your CV, portfolio, and work samples.

Fashion Hiree Hub caters exclusively to the fashion and creative industries — including fashion design, styling, merchandising, textile design, communication design, modeling, photography, marketing, and e-commerce.
Profiles must reflect genuine qualifications, education, or work in these domains.

Once logged in, go to “My Dashboard → Profile Settings → Upload CV”.
You can attach a PDF resume or link to an online portfolio (Behance, Dribbble, Instagram, etc.).
You can update your resume or portfolio anytime — updates reflect instantly on your live profile.

Employers manage their own recruitment pipelines.
If you haven’t received a reply, it could mean your application is still under review.
You may follow up using the in-dashboard message feature or wait for email notifications from the employer.

You can withdraw your application under “My Applications” before the employer has reviewed it.
Once it’s opened or shortlisted, editing or withdrawal may no longer be possible.

Some employers may use the FHH Zoom/Meet integration for virtual interviews.
You’ll receive an invitation link in your dashboard and email.
Click “Join Meeting” at the scheduled time — ensure you’re logged into your FHH account for smooth access.

Your portfolio and public details (name, field, and location) may appear in search results to help employers discover you.
Contact info, CV, and personal identifiers remain visible only to verified employers when you apply or share them directly.

Yes! Fashion Hiree Hub hosts both Indian and international listings.
Before applying, ensure your resume and portfolio are globally presentable, and mention your availability and visa/work status where required.

🏢 For Employers & Recruiters (Brands, Studios & Agencies)

Click “Sign Up → Employer” and fill in your company name, email, and password.
After verification, you’ll access your Company Dashboard, where you can:

  • Post new job openings

  • Manage applications

  • View shortlisted candidates

  • Schedule interviews

Be as specific as possible — include:

  • Job title, description, skills, and software knowledge

  • Work location (on-site/remote/hybrid)

  • Experience level and salary range

  • Type (Internship, Full-Time, Freelance)

FHH may review and edit listings to ensure relevance and clarity before publishing.

Yes. Go to your Dashboard → My Listings → Edit/Deactivate.
Edits take effect immediately. Deactivated jobs will no longer appear in public search results.

Yes. FHH performs basic digital vetting, including profile and portfolio screening.
However, employers are responsible for final background checks and verification before hiring.
FHH does not guarantee candidate authenticity or employment outcomes.

Employers can use the “Schedule Meeting” option in their dashboard.
A meeting link (Zoom or Google Meet) will be automatically sent to the candidate’s email and dashboard.
Meeting history is stored under “Interviews” for tracking.

Yes. The Company Dashboard allows multi-user access.
Admins can invite HR managers or team members by email and assign permissions (e.g., post jobs, manage candidates, or view analytics).

You can report any suspicious candidate profiles using the “Report Candidate” button.
Our moderation team will review the account, verify authenticity, and take appropriate action.
Refunds are not applicable, as listings are digital advertising services.

⚙️ Technical & Account Support

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions.
If you still face issues, contact our support team at support@fashionhirehub.com.

Yes. Go to “Account Settings → Delete My Account.”
This will remove your personal data and application history as per our Privacy Policy.

All billing and payment queries can be sent to billing@fashionhirehub.com.
Include your invoice number, registered email, and service details for faster resolution.

No commissions are charged on hires or placements.
You only pay for digital advertising and visibility services such as job listings or brand promotions.

Absolutely! FHH welcomes fashion colleges, training academies, and student coordinators to create institutional accounts for:

  • Campus placement postings

  • Student portfolio showcases

  • Brand and sponsor collaborations

Special institutional access is available upon request.
