About Fashion Hiree Hub (FHH)

Fashion Hiree Hub (FHH) is a digital job and recruitment platform developed and managed by Vestiverse Private Limited, dedicated to the fashion, design, retail, and creative industries.

FHH enables employers, brands, and agencies (“Employers”) to post job opportunities, internships, or collaboration listings and allows candidates (“Users,” “Job Seekers,” or “Designers”) to create profiles, showcase portfolios, and apply to relevant roles.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, posting a job, purchasing a listing, or otherwise accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use.
  • You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements

     • You will comply with all applicable laws and FHH policies.

3. Nature of Services

FHH is an online digital advertising and recruitment portal.
We provide visibility, listings, and exposure for employers and candidates.
We are not a recruitment agency or employer, nor do we provide any employment guarantees or assurances of hiring outcomes.

All job postings, listings, and digital placements are advertising-based services, not employment offers.

4. Ownership and Management

The website www.fashionhireehub.com and its associated services, databases, and trademarks are owned, operated, and managed by Vestiverse Private Limited, registered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

All intellectual property, platform design, and business processes of FHH remain the sole property of Vestiverse Private Limited.

5. Digital Advertising Policy

All listings, banner placements, candidate promotions, and digital campaigns offered by FHH are digital advertising products.

Once purchased, each service undergoes internal verification and moderation before publication.
FHH reserves the right to edit, decline, or remove listings that:

  • Violate legal norms or intellectual property laws
  • Contain inappropriate or misleading content

6. No Refund Policy

 

All payments made to Fashion Hiree Hub (FHH) or Vestiverse Private Limited are final and non-refundable.

  • Since FHH provides digital advertising and exposure-based services, once a listing or ad is approved and published, it cannot be revoked or refunded.
  • Refunds will not be issued for:
    • Lack of candidate responses or conversions
    • Employer dissatisfaction with candidate quality
    • Delays in hiring or non-selection
  • Users are responsible for ensuring that their listing information is accurate before payment.

By making a payment, you irrevocably agree to this No Refund Policy.

7. Candidate Vetting and Responsibility Disclaimer

FHH performs basic online checks and profile screening to ensure candidate authenticity and portfolio relevance.
However, final verification and due diligence remain the employer’s sole responsibility.

Employers must:

  • Conduct their own interviews, background checks, and verification.
  • Validate educational and professional credentials independently.

FHH and Vestiverse Private Limited are not liable for any inaccuracy, misrepresentation, or outcome resulting from candidate engagement or hiring decisions.

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in the following activities on FHH:

  • Uploading false, misleading, or plagiarized content
  • Posting discriminatory, abusive, or unlawful listings
  • Collecting data or contacting users for non-recruitment purposes
  • Misusing candidate data or violating data privacy laws

FHH reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account found violating these policies without notice or refund.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, text, graphics, code, database, and intellectual materials on FHH are exclusive property of Vestiverse Private Limited.
You may not copy, distribute, alter, or reproduce any portion of the platform without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use of FHH’s intellectual property will invite civil and criminal legal action.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using FHH, you consent to our collection, processing, and storage of your information for the purpose of providing recruitment and advertising services.

We do not sell or misuse user data. Data is securely stored and shared only as required for service delivery or legal compliance.

11. Payment Terms

All payments must be made through the authorized payment gateways displayed on the website.
Pricing may vary and can be updated without prior notice.
Invoices and GST-compliant bills will be issued under Vestiverse Private Limited.

12. Availability and Service Interruptions

We aim for continuous and seamless service, but FHH does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Platform downtime, upgrades, maintenance, or technical issues may temporarily affect accessibility.
FHH and Vestiverse Private Limited are not responsible for any consequential losses or delays.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither FHH nor Vestiverse Private Limited shall be liable for:

  • Hiring results, employment outcomes, or candidate performance
  • Losses or damages caused by third-party misuse or external websites
  • Technical errors, downtime, or communication failures
  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising out of service usage

You acknowledge that you use the platform at your own risk.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vestiverse Private Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or demand resulting from your:

  • Use of the platform or its content
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Breach of law or third-party rights

15. Termination

FHH reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, without prior notice, if you violate any of these Terms.
Termination does not entitle you to any refund or compensation.
