Internship Opportunity – Fashion Design (UG/PG)

A Hands-On Entrepreneurial Learning Experience**

Stipend: Commission-based + Best Intern Award

FashionKaam invites ambitious fashion students to join a unique internship designed not only to sharpen your creative skills but also
to give you real entrepreneurial experience in product development, cost management, market testing, and online sales.

This is an opportunity to learn how real fashion businesses operate—right from idea to execution to customer engagement.

What You Will Learn & Do

Task 1: Build Your Own Designer Product (Entrepreneurial Project)

  • Company offers ₹2,000–₹2,500 per month (reimbursement basis) to create a complete designer outfit.
  • You will manage the entire workflow like a young entrepreneur:
    • Sketching your original design
    • Sourcing fabrics & materials
    • Coordinating stitching from open-market tailors or preferred self stitching at own place.
    • Publishing the final product on the FashionKaam store
    • Marketing & promoting your creation to drive real customer orders
  • Gain hands-on understanding of costing, vendor management, pricing & customer response.

Task 2: Digital Fashion Creation & Online Promotion

  • Create digital print designs and 2D/3D garment concepts.
  • Upload these to our portal and practice digital marketing by promoting your designs online.
  • Learn how digital assets influence product sales and brand visibility.

Performance Rewards

  • All interns receive a Certificate of Completion.

Eligibility

  • Participation in a college fashion show (solo or team) OR prior experience creating unique fashion pieces for personal use or sale.
  • Bachelor’s in Fashion Design
  • Master’s in Fashion Design / Fashion Communication / related fields
