As these are non-tangible, digital services, delivery begins immediately upon listing activation or campaign approval.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales made on FHH are final and non-refundable.
Once an order, job post, or advertisement is submitted and activated, no refunds or cancellations will be processed under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Lack of candidate responses or conversions

  • Dissatisfaction with candidate quality

  • Delays in hiring or project completion

  • Typographical or data entry errors by the employer

3. Campaign Revisions or Corrections

If a listing contains an error due to incorrect data submission by the user, FHH may, at its sole discretion, assist in minor corrections or revisions.

Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the same account within 7–10 working days, subject to review.
